SizesOne size. This generous poncho is simply two large rectangles joined to create a shoulder hugging poncho.

Materials 5 skeins Eldon Lace2 – 80g skeins –border colour Slate BC. 1 – 80g skeins each – A, B, and C. (Amethyst Brooch, Vineyard and Autumn Birch).

6 mm circular needle with 40 cable or size to get gauge

6.5 mm needle (for binding off)

6.5 mm crochet hook (for cast on if desired)

tapestry needle

8 locking stitch markers (2 each of 4 colours)

Note: It will be helpful to wind each skein of colours A, B and C, and one skein of BC into two equal balls for marling.

Gauge

The recommended gauge is 15 stitches and 22 rows over 4 inches in stockinette stitch. Achieving the correct gauge is important for the neck and shoulders to fit properly.
